  18. Notify all potential buyers with details of listings
  19. Appropriate advertising based on your home
  20. Arrange all showings and communicate information to you
  21. Follow up on showings and provide you with their feedback and suggestions
  22. Contact you regularly with updates and review marketing activities with you
  23. Present and discuss all offers on your home with you
  24. Represent you upon the presentation of all offers and assist in negotiating the best possible price and terms for you
  25. Confirm that all conditions on the offer to purchase are completed and finalize the sale.
  26. Handle all the necessary follow-up work and keep you informed
  27. Forward all necessary document to your bank
  28. Forward all necessary documents to your lawyer
  29. Arrange for a relocation realtor if required
  30. Follow through until your move is complete
